Dr. Vishwanath S is HOD & Consultant – Nephrology and Transplant Physician at Manipal Hospital, Old Airport Road, Bengaluru. A gold medallist from JJM Medical College, he completed paediatric surgery training at The Children’s Trust Hospital and advanced nephrology training at Manipal. He was awarded the Dr. H.L. Trivedi Gold Medal during his DNB in Nephrology. Dr. Vishwanath leads the hospital’s renal transplant and dialysis programs, with expertise in vascular access placement, critical‑care nephrology, and pediatric renal disorders. He has authored over 23 publications in national and international journals.
