Dr. Sidharth J Unnithan is Consultant – Sports Medicine at Aster Medcity, Kochi, and the first Sports Medicine physician in Kerala (sixth in India). He specializes in prevention and management of sports injuries and optimizing athletic performance through advanced techniques in biomechanics, exercise medicine, sports nutrition, and sports psychology. An accomplished athlete himself, Dr. Unnithan mentors state‑level teams and serves on the medical committees of the All India Football Federation and Kerala Cricket Association. He is also General Secretary of the Indian Society of Sports and Exercise Medicine.
