Dr. Rekha Mittal is a highly respected Pediatric Neurologist and former Senior Advisor in the Armed Forces Medical Services with an illustrious career spanning over three decades. She dedicated 22 ½ years of her service to Pediatrics and later to Pediatric Neurology, becoming the first Pediatric Neurologist of the Armed Forces. During her tenure, she made a pioneering contribution by establishing Pediatric Neurology Services at Army Hospital (Research and Referral), Delhi Cantt. Upon her premature retirement, she was serving as a Senior Advisor and professor at the Base Hospital, Delhi Cantt, and the Army College of Medical Sciences. Post-retirement, Dr. Mittal has continued her impactful work across prestigious hospitals in Delhi-NCR.
