With over over 35 years of experience Dr Mansukhani is a highly respected consultant dermatologist at KDAH, Mumbai. He was teaching faculty at Grant Medical College, Mumbai.

He forms an integral part of numerous professional bodies instrumental in collective brain storming to help improve consulting practice in Mumbai.

He has performed various drug trails like Therapy of Herpes Zoster with Topical Sorvijen, Herbal Hair Oil in Diffuse Alopecia, De-pigmentation Cream for Periocular Pigmentation, and Cryo-therapy of Viral Warts. His Collective Group Anti Scabetic Therapy for thousands suffering from scabies in Adivasi Boarding School Students in Shahpur has fetched him a huge recognition.
