Dr. D V Rajakumar is Director of Neurosurgery at Fortis BG Road, Bangalore, and is among the few surgeons in India performing Endoscopic Brain Tumour Removals. He has a special interest in brain tumours and minimal access surgeries of the brain and spine, pioneered pedicle‑screw fixation for spine injuries in Bangalore, and helped develop the Harper Hospital cadaver laboratory for neuroanatomical research. He is an active member of national and international neurosurgical societies and has presented on endoscopic skull‑base approaches at global forums.
