Dr. Heroor is a leading oncosurgeon heading the Advanced Oncosurgery Unit at Fortis Mulund. With over two decades of experience, he specialises in breast, gastrointestinal, lung, colon–rectal and gynecological cancers, employing both open and minimally invasive robotic techniques. He pioneered the Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgery Unit for cancer at Fortis Mulund and has an extensive research portfolio, including award‑winning work on esophageal malignancies. A national‑board‑accredited teacher, he mentors surgical oncology trainees at the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.
